Blu & Jewel (46k+): When aiming, you should barely see daylight between Jewel and the slingshot.

The second palm tree should always fall based on this shot, and ideally there should be AT MOST 2 sand blocks supporting the crates in the bottom-left. If it DOES happen though, you are in pretty good shape.

While the crates can cascade from the first shot, it is not necessary. Red bird (7k+): He should pass through ONLY leaves 3 & 4 of the first palm tree (counting clockwise).
